Best CRM for Travel Agencies in India (2026): An Honest Comparison

By Shweta Bakshi, Founder, BlizzUpdated 10 min read

Disclosure: we make Blizz, one of the CRMs in this list. We've tried to be fair: every price and feature below comes from the vendor's own website, checked on 15 October 2026, and we say plainly where other tools are the better choice.

Quick answer: There is no single best CRM for every travel agency. If you run a DMC or tour operation and need itinerary costing, supplier rates and vouchers, look at travel-specific software such as Sembark. If you are a team of 3 to 20 selling holidays through WhatsApp and phone and your main problem is lost enquiries and missed follow-ups, a simpler sales CRM such as Blizz, Zoho Bigin or TeleCRM will get you running faster and cost less. If you have 25+ agents, flat-priced Kylas or Bitrix24 can work out cheaper per head.

Key takeaways

  • Decide first whether you need travel operations software (itineraries, costing, suppliers, vouchers) or a sales CRM (enquiries, follow-ups, team pipeline). Most agencies under 20 people need the second.
  • The price on the pricing page is rarely what you pay. Check WhatsApp add-ons, setup fees, minimum users and billing terms before you compare.
  • For 10 users, yearly costs in this list range from about ₹41,000 to over ₹1.5 lakh, before WhatsApp message charges.
  • Only one tool here (LeadSquared) documents lead capture from travel portals such as MakeMyTrip and Goibibo. If portal leads are a big share of your business, ask every vendor to show you this on a demo.

What a travel agency actually needs from a CRM

Most travel enquiries in India arrive on WhatsApp, a phone call or an Instagram message. A customer asks about a Kerala package, gets a quote, goes quiet for a week, and books with whoever followed up first. A CRM earns its place by fixing that:

  1. Every enquiry is captured with a name, destination, travel dates, budget and source.
  2. Every lead has an owner and a next follow-up date, and someone is told when that date passes.
  3. The owner can see the pipeline: how many enquiries came in, how many were quoted, how many booked, and which agent is converting.

Itinerary builders, supplier management and booking engines matter if you package and operate trips yourself. For a retail agency selling other operators' packages, they are often features you pay for and never set up.

Each CRM, honestly

Blizz: for WhatsApp-first agencies of 3 to 20 people

Blizz was built with ReadyMyTrip, a travel agency that moved 1,200+ leads out of WhatsApp chats and spreadsheets. Their average reply to a new enquiry went from about two days to about four hours.

  • Good at: enquiry pipeline with travel stages, follow-up dates with overdue alerts, an owner dashboard (new leads, hot leads, overdue follow-ups, bookings, agent leaderboard), agent / team leader / owner access so agents only see their own leads, and importing your existing Excel sheet. We set it up with you on a call, free.
  • Not good at (yet): there is no itinerary builder, supplier management or booking engine, and no native mobile app. GST invoices are coming soon.
  • Price: free for 3 users; Pro $4 per user per month billed yearly ($5 monthly), and never more than $39 a month for teams of up to 15. No setup fee, no minimum users, cancel anytime.

Zoho Bigin: the cheapest per-user option from a big brand

Bigin is Zoho's simple pipeline CRM, aimed at teams "moving from spreadsheets". Express costs ₹400 per user per month billed yearly. It includes WhatsApp Business and Facebook/Instagram lead-ad integrations and good mobile apps, and Zoho offers free onboarding.

  • Watch out for: no travel template in Bigin's template gallery when we checked, so you set up stages and fields yourself. The free plan is for a single user.
  • Pick it if: you want the lowest per-user price on yearly billing and are comfortable configuring the pipeline yourself.

Zoho CRM: if you want one vendor for everything

Zoho CRM Standard is ₹800 per user per month billed yearly (₹1,300 monthly). It's powerful, has WhatsApp on paid plans, and connects to Zoho Books, Desk and dozens of other Zoho apps.

  • Watch out for: it's a blank, very flexible system, so a small agency without someone to own the setup can spend weeks on configuration. Zoho's WhatsApp needs a new number that isn't already on WhatsApp, and messages you start must use Meta-approved templates. We compare the two in detail in Blizz vs Zoho CRM.
  • Pick it if: you have a person who will own the CRM and you want accounting, support and email marketing from the same company.

TeleCRM: if your agents live on the phone

TeleCRM calls itself "India's #1 Travel CRM for Agents and Operators" and is built around calling: one-click dialling, call recording and WhatsApp messages without saving numbers. Its travel page mentions saving custom itineraries to share as quotations.

  • Watch out for: a minimum of 3 users, no monthly billing (quarterly at ₹1,099 or yearly at ₹799 per user per month), and a one-time WhatsApp setup fee (the pricing page shows both ₹999 and ₹1,999 when we checked).
  • Pick it if: most of your selling happens over calls and you want call recording built in.

Vedain: one simple per-user price, WhatsApp extra

Vedain has a single plan at ₹500 per user per month with a 14-day trial, and a travel page with a preset pipeline (Inquiry → Itinerary Sent → Quote Approved → Booked → Post-Trip) and group booking records with per-traveller details.

  • Watch out for: its travel page says "no hidden add-ons", but the pricing page lists WhatsApp as a paid add-on (₹1,500 setup, ₹1,000 a month for one admin and five users, ₹250 per extra user). For 10 users that adds about ₹24,000 a year. We didn't see a mobile app.
  • Pick it if: you like a ready-made travel pipeline and mostly follow up by email.

Kylas: flat pricing for bigger teams

Kylas charges per company, not per user: Elevate is ₹12,999 a month for unlimited users, billed at least quarterly. There's a free plan with record limits and a travel industry page.

  • Watch out for: WhatsApp is a ₹3,500-a-month add-on, so 10 users with WhatsApp come to about ₹1,98,000 a year before message charges. Optional onboarding costs ₹25,000.
  • Pick it if: you have 25 or more agents, where flat pricing starts to beat per-user plans.

Bitrix24: lots of tools for a flat fee

Bitrix24 Standard is ₹57,480 a year for up to 50 users, with CRM, tasks, chat and a website builder.

  • Watch out for: nothing is set up for travel, the interface does a lot of things, and the pricing page doesn't say which plan includes WhatsApp or what it costs.
  • Pick it if: you want the lowest total cost for a large team and will put time into setup.

LeadSquared: travel portal leads at scale

LeadSquared's travel CRM is the only one here that documents lead capture from MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, TripAdvisor, Cleartrip and Tripoto, with routing by destination, budget and departure city.

  • Watch out for: buying is demo-led, the pricing page shows $40 per user per month billed annually (its travel page says from ₹1,250), and WhatsApp runs through third-party providers.
  • Pick it if: you're a larger agency with a marketing team and a high volume of portal and ad leads.

Sembark (and CRMtravel): full travel operations software

Sembark is built for DMCs and tour operators: a quick itinerary builder, tour costing with mark-ups, hotel contract rates, supplier ledgers, vouchers and payment tracking. CRMtravel offers a similar set, including quotation and itinerary builders and B2B/B2C booking engines.

  • Watch out for: neither publishes prices, and Sembark's setup fee is mandatory. For a 5-person agency selling other operators' packages, this is often more system than you need.
  • Pick it if: you design, cost and operate your own tours and need quotations that pull in supplier rates.

How to choose in 15 minutes

  1. Count where your enquiries come from last month. If most came on WhatsApp, the CRM's WhatsApp setup and cost matter more than anything else on this page.
  2. Decide: sales CRM or operations software? If you don't build and cost itineraries yourself, rule out the operations tools.
  3. Work out the real yearly cost for your team size, including WhatsApp add-ons, setup fees, minimum users and whether monthly billing exists.
  4. Ask who will set it up. If the answer is "the owner, in the evenings", pick a tool that comes set up for travel or offers free setup help.
  5. Trial it with real enquiries. Two agents, one week, last week's leads. If they won't use it on day three, they won't use it in month three.

Frequently asked questions

Which is the best CRM for a small travel agency in India? For a team of 3 to 20 that sells on WhatsApp and phone, choose a simple sales CRM with a travel pipeline, follow-up reminders and WhatsApp included or cheap to add. Blizz, Zoho Bigin, TeleCRM and Vedain all fit that description in different ways; compare them on the total yearly cost for your team and on how quickly your agents start using it.

How much does a travel CRM cost in India? For 10 users, list prices range from about ₹41,000 a year (Blizz Pro, billed yearly) to over ₹1.5 lakh (Kylas Elevate or LeadSquared), excluding GST and WhatsApp message charges. Travel operations software such as Sembark quotes on request and charges a setup fee.

Do I need a CRM with an itinerary builder? Only if you design and cost your own tours. Retail agencies that resell packages usually need fast follow-up and a clear pipeline more than an itinerary builder.

Can a CRM capture leads from MakeMyTrip or other travel portals? LeadSquared documents integrations with MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, TripAdvisor, Cleartrip and Tripoto. Most other CRMs here capture website forms and Facebook/Instagram lead ads; ask each vendor to show portal capture on a demo before you rely on it.

Is WhatsApp free in these CRMs? No. Meta charges for WhatsApp Business API messages in every CRM, and several CRMs add their own fee on top (Kylas ₹3,500 a month, Vedain from ₹1,000 a month, TeleCRM a one-time setup fee).

The bottom line

Pick the tool that matches how your agency sells today. If you package and operate tours, start with travel operations software. If you sell on WhatsApp and lose bookings because follow-ups slip, start with a simple sales CRM your team will open every morning, and check the full yearly cost before you sign.
